  • HOW LONG SHOULD YOU BURN A CANDLE?

    In theory, you can burn a candle for how long it says on the packaging. Ideally, burn your candle for 2-3 hours, and extinguish it when you leave the room.

  • If my candles came damaged, what do I do?

    Let's not make a sCANDLE ;), Email us a picture and we'll make it right by you!

  • Do you accept returns? 

    No, We do not.

  • My package was lost/stolen

    We ship with carriers including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Once the package is no longer in our possession, AVA-LIT cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the easiest and best experience with our company!

    Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at hitscent@ava-lit.com so we can work with you!

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We currently offer international shipping to Canada.

  • I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

    Please email us ASAP as we try to fulfill orders the same day we get them!
